I order books from other branches that I want to read, and they ship them to my local branch. That's cut my book budget down quite a bit. I also do the used bookstore thing quite a bit. Like Misa, I bought a single brew Black and Decker coffee machine. It's amazing. The coffee even seems to stay hotter longer when I brew a cup with it. I’ve rediscovered the library! It will brew just what I drink. As to books, I don't think I can ever give them up, much as I try to pare down. =) I try to be selective, but if something strikes my fancy, I get it.
